Job Description

    As an ABM - CRM, you will be managing CRM operations for one or more of our brands. You will be responsible for executing and driving various marketing and promotional activities to maximize DAU and revenue from the existing user base. You will work cross functionally with product, business & design teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaignsRole Description :- Design and execute customer journeys consisting of different mode of communication, incentives and visual properties for continuous engagement and retention- Run various marketing and promotional campaigns to achieve short run revenue and business targets- Coordinate with product, tech and design teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns- Work with design in developing and enhancing the visual and communication creatives for the brand- Evaluate and measure performance of different levers/properties and drive continuous improvement- Own customer metrics like DAU, CTRs, traffic from notification for the business - Use data, customer insights to deeply understand the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growthWho can apply :- Min 2-4 years of experience working in a business operations role in a fast growing organization- BE/Btech from a good university- Proficiency in MS Office applications specifically Excel, and past experience on working in one or more of such tools (Clever tap, webengage, Moengage etc)- Inquisitive, Demonstrated a steep learning curve and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Well versed with common CRM and marketing tools.
