Job Description

Opening for Assistant Manager Location : - Bangalore

  • Graduates with good communication skill, people management skill,
  • should be able to speak English & Hindi fluently.
  • Should have worked as an AM in current/last role.
  • Preferably from an Voice background.
  • Achieving Process KPIs by continuous monitoring and implementing corrective actions.
  • Managing daily running of Contact Centre.
  • Recruiting manpower and employee profiling.
  • Display cost consciousness and optimum utilization of resources
  • Monitoring staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required for meeting the demand.
  • Capacity Planning and rolling out of overtime to meet the requirements.
  • Forecasting and analyzing performance against the goal on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Conducting cross-functional meetings to identify gaps and implement process improvement plans.
  • Doing Root cause analysis to understand and identify process gaps and implement corrective & preventive action.
  • Call handling to develop first-hand sensing of customer pulse and manage irate customers.
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality & minimize errors.
  • Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries.
  • Disseminate updates to team and ensure implementation of the same.
