Job Description

  • Identify and document specific training needs for Store Managers/Assistant Store Managers, in consultation with the concerned ARM & RM.
  • Identify broad training needs for CCA population in line with the business priorities & realities, though consultation with RMs & NROM.
  • Identify and document specific training needs for LeRA pool members
  • Share the assessment findings with Retail Director, NROM and Central Retail HR team.
  • Identify the advanced training modules required in line with TNA findings.
  • Create brand training calendar for advanced modules, in tandem with corporate calendar
  • Identify potential trainers for the modules and co ordinate with corporate training team for their TTT certification
  • Design session for the modules through external vendors
  • Moderate the training modules as and when required
  • Ensure that sessions are conducted as per training calendar.
  • Drive participation for Hygiene, Basic and advanced trainings in the brand
  • Award A and B level certification post training completion
  • Identify potential LerA Candidates and co ordinate with central retail HR for their assessment.
  • Design Development Plan for LeRA pool members of the brand
  • Monitor development plans of LeRA pool members
  • Identify role opportunities for certified LeRA pool member
  • Implement brand specific rewards for CCAs n Store Managers, as per Central Retail HR guidelines
  • Upload details of training participation, training feedback and certifications awarded on Retail HRIS.
  • Mentor/coach/train the on site trainers.
  • Organise competitive events like brand quizzes etc.
  • Ascertain the training requirement and assess if in-house faculty can deliver the same.
  • Identify and evaluate external training and accreditation bodies, agencies necessary to deliver required training.
  • Negotiate and finalize the agreements with such agencies while adhering to the process of contracting the outside vendors.
  • B2B Marketing (Affiliates, Alliances & Email)
Enable robust partnerships with banks, corporates targetting databases to acquire new customers for .comWork closely with B2B partners to drive GTM calendars on an annual basis.Laise with GTM partners and monitor brand right season visuals.
  • Social Media Marketing
Liaise closely with digital agency to develop brand and season right month on month social media calendarsWeekly calendar creation for each social media handle and review of content.Drive Social KPI s impressions, reach, engagement and monitor against campaign spendsMonthly Review.
  • Business Analytics
Leverage internal learning, benchmarks and category/business knowledge to provide a bigger picture context to analysisConduct monthly deep dives on product performance (B2C Using GA)Ability to mine data and do detailed analysis when given an ad-hoc request
  • ORM
Liase with agency to monitor consumer requests , complaints etc on a daily basisWork closely with marketing head and agency on brand right revertsMonitor GMB Listings and Monthly Review
