Job Description

    As the Digital Marketing Team Manager for a prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive MNC in the Insurance/Brokerage business, you will play a crucial role in supporting the internal Marketing Team. Reporting into the COE management, you will collaborate with corporate Digital Marketing managers in the US. Your responsibilities will include the following key points:- Manage and oversee the Digital Marketing resources on a day-to-day basis, including maintaining work schedules, overseeing time off requests, resolving staffing conflicts, and providing direct support to management.- Monitor and assess the overall team and individual performance against goals/KPIs, identify performance improvement opportunities, resolve conflicts, and address staff issues to minimize attrition risks.- Participate actively in individual team members performance reviews, offer regular feedback for improvement, and identify training needs for continuous skill development.- Coordinate with stakeholder team resources to ensure accurate and timely completion of work in alignment with standard practices, guidelines, and service level agreements.- Share feedback regularly to assist onshore and organization management in evaluating individual skills, potential for career growth, and skill development opportunities.- Provide status updates and reports to leadership on a regular basis.- Ensure the team operates as a cohesive unit to support the global Digital Marketing Teams work, goals, and values effectively.- Maintain a current understanding of capabilities, processes, workflows, SLAs, brand guidelines, and business divisions to ensure accurate oversight and delivery of work.- Stay updated on industry best practices in Digital Marketing and offer support to team members as required.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years of team management experience- In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing tools including content management systems, Automation/CRM (Salesforce), web analytics, and social media systems- Professional fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills- MBA or equivalent degree in MarketingNote: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.
