Job Description

*Coordination with all Vendors to obtain NDC. Data analyze on all non-NDC cases and coordinate with Circle & Finance Team for resolutionCoordination with all F&F. Data analyze on all F&F cases to reduce exposure and coordinate with Partner & Finance Team for an amicable closure.Coordination with all vendors to ensure timely movement of defectives back to WH. Data analyse on all aged boxes to reduce exposure and coordinate with Partner & SCM Team for effective control within the stipulated in-days of defectiveCoordination with all Vendors and Circle Team to ensure Zero Hard closure and also work on the input factors to reduce RA as minimum as possibleCoordination with all Vendors and Circle Team for timely submission of ROE. Also provide timely feedback on the quality of the ROE submittedCoordination with all Vendors and Customer Ops Team for timely submission of Install Work Orders.Coordination with all Vendors and Circle Team to ensure Zero Hard closure of WOs. Act as a connect between Field Team and IT Team to resolve any IT related issue to be resolvedCoordination with all Vendors in-terms of timely submission of Invoices, also provide support to them wherever GST related input is required. Coordinate with Partner & Finance Team for timely payoutAll Circle related MIS analysis and report flashing as per the requirementCoordination with SCM Team on Auto indent ratio of MSL items to ensure stock regulation in the fieldCoordination with Vendor and Circle Team to ensure timely approval of GRN Pending (Material related), ASI Inbox - MDU approvals, and all ASI Inbox - WO approvals which needs to be closed within the stipulated TATCoordination with Vendor, Circle Team and Finance Team to ensure timely and accurate PI is completed. Also, provide timely information on material consumption, stock available related information etc to Field Team which can avoid penalties related to PICoordination with all Vendors and Circle Team through effective data analysis and timely reports which can increase the Upsell, *Education:GraduationExperience:3-10 Yrs
