Basic job profile will be communicating with Customers, Shipping Lines, Agents, etc for sea and air import freight consignments. Taking enquiries and mailing quotes to Customers in consultation with the concerned Sales person. Coordinating with the respective departments & offices within the organization to ensure smooth handling of each shipment. Giving consistent feedback to the Customer throughout the execution of each shipment. Coordinating with local service providers as well as overseas agents and maintaining cordial relations with them.
