Job Description

Hello,Greetings from Manipal Health!It is a pleasure to inform you that we have openings for the position of Assistant Manager - Finance. The Job Description is also mentioned as below:Position: Assistant Manager - FinanceQual: CAExperience: 3-4 YearsLocation: BangaloreResponsibilities:

  1. Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Ind AS compliant financial statements (including inter-company identification and elimination)
  2. Review for consistency of accounting policies between various standalone financial statements of the Group
  3. Consolidation for foreign subsidiary including workings for exchange reserve on consolidation
  4. Preparation and co-ordination of information for new Ind AS implementation
  5. Review of book close process at units and HO and various subsidiaries
  6. Collation and review of related party transactions
  7. Collation and review of unit level Balance sheet and Profit and loss information on monthly basis
  8. Co-ordination and play the role of SPOC for quarterly limited reviews, annual statutory audit (including test of internal controls)
  9. Preparation of information for CARO reporting
  10. Review of financial statements of JVs/ Associates
  11. Internal trainings on Ind AS
  12. Preparation and review of tax computations including deferred tax under Ind AS
  13. Coordination with units for information for Tax audit and any other such information which may be necessary from time to time.
Key experience required:
  1. Working experience with multi location co-ordination
  2. In Depth knowledge and experience in consolidation and Ind AS
  3. Expert level knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
  4. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
