Position Scope & PurposeSupport, Execute and Maintain Accounting and Finance Functions of the Company. Key Accountabilities/ Essential FunctionsPreparing, supervising and maintenance of books of accounts and sub ledgers as per the prevailing accounting and statutory regulations.Timely Preparation and submission of Monthly Reports.Monthly scrutiny of books of accounts and take corrective action as and when required.Maintaining the Tax Records and timely preparation and filing of Tax Returns. Exposure in Customs will be an added advantage.Effective Coordination and timely completion of audits, including statutory, Internal, global and Tax Audits.Compliance with the FEMA and Banking Regulations.Review the monthly payroll and coordinate for timely remittance of payroll taxes and returns.Assist in preparation and monitoring the Annual Revenue and Capital Budgets.Provide support to HR and Administration function wherever needed.Other Position DutiesParticipate in regular meetings with team and provide periodical updates.Visit Various Tax departments and Banking Institutions for filing of periodical returns and answering the queries.Any other work assigned from time to time by the reporting supervisor with prior consultation.Technical/ Functional Skill SetsKnowledge in Indian Customs environment will be added advantage. Excellent skills in MIcorsoft Office tools especially in Excel and Power Point.Working Exposure in SAP or similar ERP environment will be an advantageOther skills required for the positionGood written and communication skills Good presentation skillsStrong work ethicAcademic Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce and preferably Chartered AccountantExperience (Years) 5 to 10 YearsIndustries in which candidate has worked Manufacturing Industry (Medical or Engineering) is preferred.Supervision of People NoCommunication and Presentation Skills Good Communication skills required,
