We even promise to let you bring your kids and pets to work.What is the team like This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance executive with operational experience and a proven track record of creative problem-solving to join in a high-growth organization.This position provides the management and execution to ensure that the organization has the necessary and appropriate financial direction, operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and information technology / systems to effectively and rapidly grow the business, while securing its financial strength and operating efficiency.The candidate will assist with the financial planning process, budgeting, long range strategic planning, reporting, operating expense forecasting, financial metrics reporting, and implementing new processes. The candidate will interact with Senior Executives across Finance, Operations and Business, and requires partnering with many internal teams.The successful candidate will drive new insights into key financial and operational performance drivers and become a trusted leader within the organization.What will you be doing

• Preparing complex financial models
• Create monthly financial reports
• Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained
• Assisting in the preparation of dashboards as per the requirements of business leaders
• Participate in the annual operational planning process
• Coordinate Submissions of key financial and operational performance metrics
• Reporting Management P&L with regional and Product line splits on a monthly cadence
• Being able to connect the dots and help in financial modelling complex business scenarios
• Computing operational and efficiency metrics of various service lines
• Preparing ad hoc data for external reporting to auditors, investors, etc.
• Keeping a close watch on all the Org changes happening within the company and the impact of the same in reporting.

What is expected out of you

• 2-4 years of corporate finance experience with heavy emphasis on analytics
• Proficient in R Programming & excel modelling
• Proficient accounting knowledge
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• CA /MBA is required.
