Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!!Urgently requirement for Assistant Manager - KAM as well versed leading one of the reputed is world no 1 Textile Dyes and auxiliaries company Opening in Bangalore.Purpose of the Job:To develop new customers to generate sales by helping them with technical support, developing relationship, providing all Technical or commercial solution at the time of issues/problems.To Increase customer base for sustainable business and to meet/achieve all targets of the branch with profitability.Job Tasks and Business Decisions :Describe 8-10 single most important oriented and constantly performed tasks/responsibilities.Describe what decisions would this role make and the impact. Described the job challenge(s) and work complexities, if any.Manage network of stockiests/ direct customers in designated customer area; product promotion at customers through regular sales calls. To generate sales to achieve targets.Convince customers by providing them key features of products and advantages over the competitions product.Generate sales and monitor sales vs target at Key Accounts; identify new opportunities and new customers.To give full coordination to Stockiest.To generate new key account opportunities so to increase sales of products.Follow branch managers guidelines for better and systematic working at branch level.Co-ordinate with Business Development and lab for effectively handling customer technical queries and trials. Planning and reporting of Trials.To monitor competition activities and inform timely.Regular reporting in salesforce. Manage recevables of direct customers (if any).Required Experience regarding the jobPlease indicate minimum qualification, minimum years of experience or relevant years of experience similar to same scope of work described in this JD, any other skills e.g. language, IT: communication; leadership; problem solving.Graduate or specalization in Texile chemistry or processing.
