Job Description

    JD For R&D.
    • Candidate with strong experiences in product development and food processing technologies.
    • Design products and services - Develop New Products.
    • Understand Marketing Brief and convert into Recipe and Ingredient Specifications for claims for assigned projects for local and export markets.
    • The candidate with the knowledge of Chocolate/Confectionery Processes and technology would be added advantage.
    • Create prototype samples with the help of R&D personnel and conduct feasibility studies. Check on legal compliance, calculate costs, identify ingredient and equipment requirements.
    • Coordinate the sourcing of ingredients and model key; conduct pilot plant trails and then scale up in actual production center.
    • Updated on FASSAI and regulatory processes.
    • Education:Degree (B.Tech /M.Tech) in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology
    • Experience:-5-8yrs
    • Location :Bangalore
