RequiredAt least 8 to 10 years of experience in trouble shooting and problem resolution within the framework of IAM platforms. SailPoint experience is preferred. Hands on working in SLA driven PROD support environment with connect to financial security domain. L2 / L3 exp is good have / being well versed with the methodoligies is mustAt least 3 years of UNIX and Shell scripting experience; At least 3 years of strong database SQL experience in Oracle database environmentProgramming experience in designing and trouble- shooting high performing, low latency distributed enterprise applications using Java/ J2EE. Nice To HaveExperience with State Street PaaS, IaaS Private/ Hybrid Cloud, MQ a plusDomain knowledge of financial industry concepts is desirable. Roles and Responsibilities:Support the ongoing operational technical support team for SailPoint and other business critical IAM applications. Consults with business product owners and delivery managers to troubleshoot and drive solutions to operational issues. Work with and within Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that govern day to day processes. Provide subject matter technical domain expertise in addressing complex production issues that encompass a wide range of internal and external systems, components, and processes. Support Internal and External Audit reviews and work with delivery and operational leads to provide timely information. Engage the internal or external vendor partners to ensure key issues are resolved in a timely manner and SLAs are consistently adhered. Provides consistent reporting of operational metrics to business and senior leadership teams. Ability to present both business and technical matters to both small and large teams. Great inter- personal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.,
