    Foster Transition Innovation & Excellence: Identify areas where improvement could be madeTransition Planning / Project Management: To execute timelines, resource allocation and budget; for his/her respective area within the transition project. Coordinate and control the implementation of his/her transition track/area, prepare and execute parallel run ramp up planCompliance to Transition Framework and Methodology: Ensure comprehensive compliance of the transition methodology across all dimensions and processIdentifying Process Improvement and New Business Opportunities during Transitions: Identify areas of process improvement and new business opportunities within process.Resource Planning & Allocation:: Acquire and expand skill sets and knowledge related to transitionManage Client Relationships: Pro-actively interact with client stakeholders on all transition related activities.Reporting & MIS: Provide inputs to the Transition lead for periodic reports and MIS for their respective track/area Purpose/Essence of the role: Create knowledge base, execute timeline, resource allocation & budget, coordinate implementation and ensures compliance Night Shift- FlexibleExperience- 6- 8 yearsEducation- Any graduateLocation: Bangalore,
