JOB DETAILS:Client Servicing- Enhancing relationship with existing clients and building trust as well as a sense of partnership.Widening the base of clientele- Prospecting new business leads& exploring opportunities to have the different source of revenue.One Point of Contact- Acting as a single source of information for any kind of business queries.Establish new MICE and Corporate accounts to achieve and exceed budgeted room and revenue targets through active market penetration.Participating in trade shows, conventions, and promotional events, within the hotels and industry.Preparation of presentations and promotional materials to improve awareness of Hotels & Resorts to generate maximum revenue for the group.Keeping close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, structural alterations, renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, marketing efforts, theme events, etc.) and assists in marketing intelligence.Branding- Actively promoting & positioning the brand in the market. Maintain the image of Hotel as the pre-eminent international hotel company and industry leader.Maximize opportunities for a hotel to be featured in newsletters and other promotional material, forums and programs.Cross-Selling- Promoting, sharing information of different brands of Hotel & Resort based in India.Joint Calling- Assisting sales & marketing team of different brands of Hotel & Resort by actively sharing detailed information on prospective business leads.Training & Development- Participate in company training programs in order to improve skills & build an expertise.Undergoing inter-department training for a better understanding of the different processes & their contribution towards a successful & pleasant guest experience.Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.Desired Candidate:Candidate should be Graduate in any field.Candidate should have an excellent communication in English and grooming personality.Candidate should be from Hotel Background only.
