Job Description

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Manage Projects/ Initiatives from initiation to closureBe accountable for project results along with project sponsorWork across the business with key stakeholders to complete defined project scope, goals, deliverables and timingAssist with operations peak cycle planning, resource supply and demand, Assist with standardisation of internal and external reporting to global stakeholdersLook at budgeting within the department tracking against business targets and goals relating to headcount and efficiencyOwn the oversight of certain vendor relationships and associated cost controlSupport management on a number of key operational initiatives intended to transform the operating modelJob Requirements University/ College degree or MBA in finance in related field5-10 years overall experience and at least 3-5 years experience in Project Management or Business AnalysisFamiliarity with Project Management approaches MS Project a benefit & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) a must.
