Some of which are as follows (More details will be provided on later stage): Integration with new schemes Optimize the Network connectivity with the interfaces HSM optimization application Upgrades Integration with middlware to be optimized Ensuring that the application/systems, data and technology aspects of the enterprise architecture are driven by the business imperatives of the organisation and that the requirements driving the overall architecture are managed consistently and effectively. Delivering business value through process enhancement initiatives is imperative in the role The Design lead must be comfortable with leading a team of design and technolgy professionals within business, application/systems, data/information and technical architecture disciplines and must be able to explain clearly the benefits of an architectural approach. He/she must be experienced in presenting and explaining the architectural views to people at all levels from technical/IT staff to Senior Management / CIO/ Business Leaders . 10% Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) Ownership of the enterprise lifecycle development for major programs Subject Matter Expert for architectural framework, method and tools Skills Sets Required Full life cycle experience, responsible for the development of a complete set of architectural views for an enterprise in accordance with common architecture frameworks Strong business analysis skills and experience, including development of business vision and strategies, functional decomposition, requirements capture, process modelling. Experience of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development. Awareness of systems management and operational support tools, Security and infrastructure experience. Must have Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science/Electronics Over All experience in role Minimum of 10 years of experience in various IT domains and experience in full life cycle of the project in architectural standpoint preferably in BFSI domain.
