Job Description

    * Pro-actively monitor outstanding portfolio and develop/implement collection strategy by cash collection channels / countries (DIR/BKR/ ARI/LDR) Build effective relations with MO/UW to timely resolve escalated transactions and support in improving collection performance. Motivate, develop and retain staff. Train individuals as appropriate and in line with business needs. Organize team in an effective manner and ensure Succession Planning. Assessing when it is necessary and performing quality checks on unallocated cashes/outstanding portfolio to ensure effective collection and clearance. Constantly challenges existing processes and endeavors to bring about capacity lift., * Candidate with 4-6 years of experience within AXA XL or in accounting domain. Strong knowledge of tools like - Genius/WINS platform. Preferable to have knowledge of Property and Casualty commercial Insurance. Excellent written and oral communication skills. High level of analytical expertise. Preferable prior experience of people handling
