Position Purpose & Summary: The Associate Analyst is a member of the Applications Management team.The Associate Analyst is an integral member of the App Management team responsible for helping and coordinating App managers of various portfolio. He/She would assist the Apps & Decom lead on coordination of delivery activity. The Associate Analyst is responsible for helping, coordinating and learning app management team activities, under the direction of Apps & Decom Lead. Principal Accountabilities: 80% Coordination and AssistingAttend client meetings and assist with minutes of meeting and data validationPrepare project organization and communication chartsAssemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus ondeliverables from each teamAssist business analyst and Apps & decom lead with communication and proposaldocumentationManage sharepoint activities document uploading and validation for all projectsSchedule team meeting and coordinating team activities and helping other teammembersEffectively and accurately communicate relevant activity information to the Apps &Decom LeadEnsure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective mannerHelp the Solution analyst in developing new strategies to enhance efficiency of thecurrent business processes.Assist in develoing new business models and alloting time and budget for every newproject.Help in designing workflow and selecting materials and manpower for the projects.Search for and suggest advance technologies that can contribute in the development ofprojects and business and also in generating profits while reducing operating costs.Perform basic troubleshooting for various issues faced by the clients or internalemployees while using the systems and applications.Conduct periodical assessments to check the functioning of systems/applications andsolicit feedback from users regarding the same.Perform some additional administrative tasks as and when required.20% Communication and AccountabilityCommunicate ideas for improving app management and decom processes with a positiveand constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in othersKeep the Apps & Decom Lead and others informed about activity status and issuesPrepare and share weekly project reports and monthly dashboard to CBS leadership, Education, Experience, Skills: Required QualificationsGraduate Degree0 to 2 years of IT and business / industry work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Any experience in project management is bonusHigh familiarity with the technical details of the system and interactions with othersolutionsUnderstand the varied components of the applications to a high degreeFamiliar and able to refer team members to the appropriate system documentationThorough knowledge of the area of specializationPrior working knowledge of given functional area
