The team collaborates across departments to optimize and automate workflows, significantly contributing to Akamais growth and achieving substantial cost savings. Key Responsibilities:- Gain thorough knowledge of Sales and Channels or Partners processes and functionalities for effective operational performance.- Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, understand needs, collaborate on solutions, and facilitate requirement analysis, prioritization, communication, and validation for organizational improvements.- Analyze business challenges and opportunities to recommend solutions aligning with requirements and helping the organization achieve objectives.- Ensure accurate functional requirements are created and clearly presented to management and stakeholders for effective understanding and decision-making.- Collaborate with developers, architects, managers, and business teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality solutions meeting specified business needs.- Adapt swiftly, excel in dynamic environments, master processes, leverage technologies, and proactively complete tasks with dedication and efficiency.Qualifications Required:- Bachelor/Masters Degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.- Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in BA roles focused on ERP or CRM systems implementation and support.- Experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and others.- Demonstrate good knowledge of SDLC, business processes, and data analysis.- Be familiar with Opportunity Management, Account Management, Lead Management, etc., in CRM Systems.Additional Company Details:At Akamai, we power and protect life online by solving the toughest challenges together.
