To support this evolution and our growing training team we are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer.What you will be doing Design, production and delivery of digital assets including presentations, infographics, logos, brochures, landing pages as well as animations and videoEstablish the look and feel of various touchpoints along an immersive learning journey including, wireframes, digital newsletter templates, branded presentations and production assets for our eLearning teams and training consultantsAttend kick-off meetings with the Training Consultants to understand the context of the requirements and ideate on how best to translate brief requirements into bold and strong visual contentEnsure that the final design meets the creative objective and ultimately delights our clientsCommunicate the value of your designs and bring stakeholders on the creative process with youManaging multiple projects from concept to completion, while ensuring deadlines are met by working methodically while remaining flexible.Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce our brand s style or voice through its visual touchpointsDesired requirements & skills:Ideally, minimum of 2 years design experience working in a creative studio or corporate environment and have a strong portfolio to evidence same.Relevant Bachelors degree or equivalent / Class 10 or equivalentSolid foundation in layout, design and typographyCommand of standard design/creative applications (such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vyond/Camtasia/After Effects/Premier) Ability to build Web pages/ SharePoint sites and use HTML5Comfortable working in PowerPoint and developing presentation templates and design visually impactful slide decksAn ability to work creatively within brand guidelines and challenging briefsFamiliar with Mural or Miro and the principles of design thinking, journey mapping, persona creation and rapid prototypingExcellent time-management, communication and attention to detailSelf-learning; willingness to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environmentAdditional Information,
