Delivering reports, dashboards and presentations in the patient analytics, sales analytics, prescription data and channel dynamics space Synthesize data into actionable data insights, strategies, and tactics and summarize findings in PPT/Excel reports designed to be delivered to clients Proactively develops a good knowledge of relevant proprietary databases, methodologies, analytical approaches/frameworks to effectively guide and support client-facing stakeholders across global regions Support in delivery of projects associated with Sales and Marketing Analytics, and Dashboards management This role involves multi-tasking and the candidate is expected to work on multiple projects at different project life cycle stages at the same time Ensure proper documentation of projects by creating and updating standard templates, SOPs, and QC checklists Clearly communicate project outputs and identified risks to concern stakeholders or project manager Contribute toward the process improvement of current deliverables Interact and develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders / upstream and downstream processes to ensure deliverables are of highest quality, delivered on time and as per the requirements Effective and timely responses to the ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders ,
