Founded in 2013 , by Khadim Batti and Vara Kumar Namburu , Whatfix enhances self - service capability of web products and helps companies to reduce support queries and improve user engagement. It is a cloud platform using which product teams can self - curate interactive guides & integrate across all user touch points. Whatfix is based on patent - pending technology and being used by large as well as small enterprises for improving training effectiveness , enhancing customer support , and to improve user on - boarding. WHAT WOULD YOU GET TO DO: In this role you would: - Interact with clients and respond to their tickets / queries related to the use of Whatfix platform - Resolve problems reported by customers by analysing , simulating and fixing them. - Track reported problems and generate the necessary reports , do root cause analysis , etc - Interface with customers to resolve customer reported problems / bugs , etc remotely and when required , at the customer site. - Take handover and carry out effective transition of projects from implementation to support - Proactively work to take over new products into support and facilitate rapid engagement of support business - Involve yourself progressively in the support framework development to enhance the support function and utilisation of available resources to enhance the value customers get from our products and solutions. - Work closely with the development team to bring the product bugs and change requests into product enrichment propositions. - Proactively look for opportunities to help customer utilise the features of the products. - Provide call support to customers where a quick response to user queries is required - Articulate the feedback received from users / customers to the team To Be Successful In This Role , You should have: - Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of coding languages HTML CSS JAVASCRIPT , scripting and UI technologies. Full stack javascript development background highly preferred. - Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with online tools / products. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem solving skills and ability to translate the solution to the user in simple , crisp and professional emails. - BE / B.Tech degree required - 2 years of Previous experience should be in a product support environment in a product / internet company Shift Timing: 6 PM - 3 AM (Monday to Friday work schedule) (Weekends off) Location: 2nd Floor , No.443 , 17th Cross , Sector 4 , Next to HDFC , HSR Layout , Bengaluru , Karnataka 560102 We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
