We need a socially - conscious hands - on individual , who will work closely with our corporate Partners across the countryto make this vision a reality.What will you doEngage & build strong relationships with stakeholders at the partner organisations to showcase the value driven by our workplace giving solutionsAs Engagement Manager , you will be in - charge of ensuring timely reporting both at partner and individual donor levels.Work with corporate partners to plan marketing and donor engagement initiatives to achieve fundraising targetsCoordinate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute the initiatives planned with the partnersWork cross functionally to execute requirements from corporate partners through active collaboration with NGO , Technology and Product Teams.Maintain a calendar of Marketing and engagement initiatives to be planned with corporate partners across the year responsible to publish the same with internal stakeholders at Give to ensure work is prioritised and executed within agreed timelines.Manage all partner escalations regarding marketing and engagement initiativesWant to contribute , serve and do impactful work for the societyWant to work with one of the best non - profit / start - up teams of IndiaEnjoy working in a fast - paced environment and donot mind stretching at workCome withgood communication , presentation and interpersonal skillscreative thinking to conceptualise and manage marketing campaignsCome with at least 2 - 3 years of experience of working in a client facing roleProject Management experience with ability to deal with ambiguity and get work done,
