    Associate Director - EngineeringLocation : BangaloreExperience : 8 - 12 YearsMust-Have :- Preference for someone who has led engineering for early-stage tech-led startup- Someone who has worked on the data engineering side (good to have) or else full-stack experience can also be considered.- Preferred Pass out from Tier 1 & 2 institute- Web and Mobile applications- Data EngineeringWho should apply - Are someone who has built & led technology teams of 10+ at a fast-paced & innovative organization.- You likely have 7+ years of experience crafting world-class products and building robust, high-performance, and intelligent systems.- Minimum of 2-3 years of online commerce engineering experience- Are an inspiring leader with a track record of building a culture of trust, belongingness & meritocracy where high-caliber teams can thrive and achieve audacious goals.- Good understanding of distributed systems, micro-services, messaging systems, and associated architectural patterns.- Thorough understanding of transactional and analytical workloads- Good understanding of web and mobile application technology stack.- Practitioners understand of Non-functional requirements of software and the ability to make appropriate trade-off decisions- Experience with CI/CD environments and automation test frameworks- Good understanding of agile development practices- Familiarity with production operations of large-scale systems- Are obsessed with the customer experience and uncompromising engineering standards.,
