Job Description

    Years of experience - 12+ years1. HRBP experience (working with the leaders, designing and implementing polices, engagement program)2. Talent Planning experience3. Ability to work independently4. Someone who set up things from scratch and has managed end to end./HR transformations- Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.- Strong ability to build effective working relationships, ability to influence with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels and to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.- Manage conflict and sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes- Develop change management strategies for client engagements:A. Coach client and project team on change management principles and their practical application in a project contextB. Develop and deliver training assets related to the change management plan (e.g. training slide decks, job aids, video shorts, FAQs)- 10-12 years consulting or Core HR experience as HRBP, HR Operations coupled with COE experience like Learning & Development, Talent Management- Preference will be given if there is exposure to Business / People Transformation experience and programs- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues- Exceptional attention to detail, passion for quality and accountability and a proactive approach to workA strong track record of scoping and delivering people and change consulting services; with experience of most of the following capabilities;- Culture transformation;- People / employee strategies;- Organisation design and development;- Capability development, learning and/or leadership development;- Communications and stakeholder engagement;- Development of change management strategy or plans,
