Job Description

Associate Engineer .Net Developer with Angular or Micro service experience required Our purpose is to use the power of communications to make a better world. Why this role matters Key Purpose of the Role: Business and Public Sector (B&PS) Omega team looking for a talented, motivated and passionate developer to be part of the design and development of highly scalable application(s) to provide best-in-class service capabilities for BT customers to drive overall NPS for B&PS.The person should be an active practitioner of engineering excellence: keeping a high bar for quality, consistency, maintainability, efficiency, and all the other things that make software great, will work with a talented team of engineers to create state of the art software systems. What youll be doing Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver software systems following the best practices software development, DevOps and Agile
  • Technical problem solver in the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment
  • Work closely with leads to understand the business outcome and work to provide the best solution possible

Well also need to see these on your CV Person Specification: Essential Skills (Skills without which the person cannot perform the role, limit to a maximum of four skills only) 2+ years of experience in software development on .net technologies using Agile and DevOps practicesExperience in .net technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, C#)Experience in client side development (angular, jquery, jasmine/ karma, bootstrap)Overall Skills and Experience (Include skills that in addition to the essential skills are required for the person to perform the role in a better way)A proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and deliver resultsGood verbal and written communication skillsA proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situationsDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly Qualifications Essential Possess B.E. or B.Tech or M.S.
