Associate - Events Management Experience : 1 - 5 Years Education : Any Degree The Candidate will be required to work night shifts, 5 days a week and will be reporting to the Manager - Events Management Team. As a vital member of this team, the person would be primarily involved in Hosting Webinars of GlobalCompliancePanel. To elaborate further, the person would be: Extensively using WebEx (or any other similar solution provider should we decide to change) for scheduling & rescheduling webinars; managing invites; managing the entire event as a host; webinar recording, editing & uploading; etc. Supporting and Coordinating with Panelists for Events assigned while maintaining a good relationship with them. Supporting the Customer Service Team with Webinar related queries. Assisting Customers before and (of course) during the Webinars to make sure of their satisfaction. Maintaining Reports and Contributing to Team Meetings. Working with members of other teams and WebEx people (for technical support) to ensure that the business runs efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile: Current Job Profile : Working in a Call Center or any other Industry where the work does involve making or receiving at least few calls / day from customers ((US / Canada (1st) or UK / Australia (2nd)) and should have worked or currently working in Night Shifts. Would be great to have someone who has organized and managed events / seminars / corporate trainings (perfect person - if they have done these using web - based means) Knowledgeable about US culture - Work Culture & Geography (familiarity with US Accent and / or with Healthcare Industry would be great to have). Excellent Communication Skills. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PPT and Word). Proficiency in maintaining reports & communicating through emails with customers. Should have some technological awareness & be in sync with global current affairs.,
