Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at www.jpmorganchase.com ! .Accounting & reporting for Legal entities in EMEA region on monthly basis as per US GAAP.End to end ownership for month end close activities like FX Trade out, Capital Hedge, EPU, etc.Liaising with auditors and support Legal Entity Controllers in control audit.MoM variance analysis of major movements in B/S & P/LPreparation and circulation of financial metrics/scorecard to senior managementDrive global projects and work streams to enhance processes and reportingManage a team to ensure responsibilities are seamlessly delivered.Maintain and develop relationship with onshore partners and business.Implement internal controls policies and procedures to mitigate financial and business risks.Daily monitoring and control of activities involving reconciliations.Engage team members and build effective working relationship within the team.Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experienceOther AttributesStrong accounting & MS office skillsGood logical & analytical skillsExcellent on maintaining Client RelationshipGood communication and influencing skillsProblem solving and ability to work independentlySelf-starter, able to prioritize key tasks & manage deliverables effectivelyAbility to lead and develop team members,
