Job Description

    Within Infosys you will be a part of the business unit, WONGDOODY, a human experience agency. You should be a strong communicator who can collaborate at all levels and advise our clients and their product owners in all decision making. Lead requirement gathering workshops, interviews and deep-dive sessions. Clearly document detailed functional and non-functional requirements and create comprehensive acceptance criteria that is easily understood across the whole team. Help with the prioritisation of backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations. Contribute and partake in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, demos and retrospectives. Perform business analysis wherever required, helping to identify opportunities for improvement and feature enhancements. Own the capturing and end-to-end management of functional requirements, across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to successful sign-off. Experience writing & clarifying user stories & detailed acceptance criteria. Experience working with and advising client product owners. Experience working with cross functional teams (UX, UI, strategy, development). Demonstrable understanding of development processes and the software development lifecycle. Experience working on large-scale development programmes with international teams. Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience using JIRA, Confluence & Microsoft Excel.
