Job Description

    Designation: Associate PrincipalYears of Experience: 12yrs- 16 yrsWork Location- Across LTIMindtree LocationsNotice Period: 0-45 daysJob DescriptionThis job will typically entail the following :Must-haves:
    • Overall 12 to 16 years of strong experience with DevOps, with relevant 5+ years of experience in Container Technologies.
    • Experience in designing and implementing DevOps Solutions using open source tools & container technologies
    • Experience in building, scaling and monitoring various microservice applications
    • Experience in source control Management (GIT) along with branching and merging strategies
    • Hands on experience in implementing container based E2E CI CD solutions for different application stacks like java, .net, angular.
    • Hands on experience in container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
    • Hands on experience in creating and managing Kubernetes cluster using Kubeadm or Cloud Native services like AKS, EKS, GKE
    • Experience in managing Docker registry in DockerHub/Nexus/jFrog
    • Experience in Infra As Code like Terraform/CloudFormation/Azure Resource Manager(ARM)
    • Experience in contributing to proposals, RFPs, RFIs
    • Experience in contributing to DevOps CoE
    • Experience in Agile methodology
    • Experience and understanding of at least one cloud provider like AWS, Azure, GCP
    Good to Have:
    • Good to have experience in managing Kubernetes cluster using platforms like OpenShift/Rancher
    • Good to have experience in container network, security, storage
    • Good to have Infra administration and troubleshooting experience
    • Good to have experience in security tools like SAST, SCA, DAST, container security, IAST & RASP
    • Good to have experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
    • Good to have experience in monitoring and visualization tools like Nagios, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana
    • Certifications in DevOps/Container technologies will be added advantage
    Soft Skills
    • Serve as a senior technical escalation point for critical issues and drive resolution of problems
    • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills
