The role

  • On - going support of customer s entitlement (multiple publishers)
  • Analyze customer s data - Entitlement & Inventory
  • Importing licenses and agreements into the entitlement database/SAM tool
  • Performing reconciliation analysis for different publishers
  • Matching software with licenses
  • Creating Compliance Reports for the customers
  • Creating customized reports and comparison for cost savings
  • Analyze customer license contracts
  • SAM Tool Management for the customers ensuring up to date license entitlement and Compliance
  • Providing SAM Analysis & Recommendations
What we need to see from you
  • Any Full time Graduate.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with in Software Asset Management.
  • Copyright knowledge of Software Licenses will be preferred.
  • SAM Accreditation is preferred.
  • Good in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Open to work 24/7 in shifts.
