Job Description

Hi Professionals. We have an immediate opening for Leading pharma MNC Bangalore. Position :- Associate Scientist/ Senior Associate Scientist(Downstream position) Educational Qualifications : MSc/MTech or similar qualifications in Biochemistry / Biotechnology /CellBiology/Biomedical Sciences/ Life Sciences. Exp :- 1-5 years of research experience. MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS : Protein purification using AKTA Pure & AKTA Avant systems, process development, experience in affinity, ion-exchange, HIC chromatography methods, column packing, tangential flow filtration.High throughput small scale and medium scale purification using liquid handling systems.Protein conjugation using various functional groups, excellent communication with upstream and analytical team.Diligent documentation skills and experience writing detailed Lab NotebooksBasic knowledge of bioinformatics is a plusDESIRABLE

  • Sound knowledge of protein expression & purification
  • Any Experience with techniques like western blotting, ELISA.
Basic working experience in protein characterization, various HPLC techniques, experience in upstream process would be an advantage
  • Biotechnology Industrial experience.
