Responsible for Demand planning, Material requirement planning, releasing of Purchase requisitions, production planning and product deliveries in respect of baby care exports and offer packsResponsible for 100% on time product deliveries and maintaining healthy inventory of raw and packing materialsTo facilitate uninterrupted production by arranging raw and packing materials 15 days in advance from the production start dateTo ensure that the safety stocks are maintained for the long lead time items and reviewed half yearly.Responsible for releasing PRs within 2 days from the date of MRP run, shortfall statements sent to procurement department on weekly basis and follow up for the timely connectivity of materials to manufacturing locationsResponsible for coordinating with different manufacturing locations spread across India and ensure availability of all the raw & packing materials and timely delivery of finished products.Responsible for coordinating with all the internal departments for timely uploading of BOMs and release in SAP. Also, responsible for on time delivery of new products.
