Job Description

Our client is the Health-tech initiative of Indias largest business house. Started in 2015, it empowers healthcare providers and consumers in India. All healthcare monitoring services are made available through an app that will help connect doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and consumers, enabling preventive and predictive healthcare. It helps the care-givers to track the entire patient journey from the initial appointment and maintaining their records, generating lab test reports to providing virtual consultation and home-care solutions. It is expected that this futuristic guide will strengthen the doctor-patient relationship and enhance the in-clinic experience. As the Associate/ Sr Associate - IT Support, you will be responsible for managing Servers, PCs and Laptops running Microsoft Windows or macOS What you will do:

  • Setting up and configure desktop computers and laptops
  • Setting up and configure peripherals like Printers, Scanners, Wifi access points, etc.
  • Basic troubleshooting of computers and peripherals
  • Installing Software of operating systems, browsers, productivity applications, etc.
  • Escalating management with vendors, procurement team or other external parties
  • Administering user accounts using Active Directory or similar system
  • Managing GSuite
  • Setting up and debugging firewalls like Cyberoam. Generating usage reports. Blocking certain sites, finding violators and setting up alerts
  • Managing internet connections including DSL and Leased Lines
  • Managing network infrastructure like cabling, connection points, add routers and/or switches as needed
  • Installation and managing of Tally
  • Managing Anti-Virus software
  • Creating OS images
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • You should have at least 2 years of professional work experience as a Quality Assurance and/or Test Engineer
  • Familiarity with Shell Scripting/Windows Automation via task scheduler etc.
  • Familiarity with AWS will be an added bonus
  • Analytical ability to generate reports, find trends, etc using GSheet/Excel sheet
  • Full familiarity in managing an organization in GSuite
  • Ability to setup and debug firewalls like Cyberoam
