    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesWorking Experience in performance testing of at least 6 to 8 yearsHigh proficiency in at least one scripting language for performance testing.Working experience in Performance testing tool like Performance Center, JMeter , Macro Scheduler. & LoadRunnerExperience of Performance engineering including defining load testing strategy, test execution, Root cause analysis, code profiling and provide recommendations for performance improvementsSelf-learner, independent, and have outstanding problem-solving skillsGood communication skills, verbally and in writing.Ability to work on a virtual / global basis with other vendors and maintain key relationships / networks in such an environment.Experience of working in a global project/organization.Experience of Site System, BOS Mobile and Payment performance testing.Understand high-level business non-functional requirements and perform feasibility studies to identify the best approach for Performance Testing.Provide Subject Matter Expertise, value delivery, drive innovations and provide solutions for projects.Research potential solutions and innovative ideas.Helps in defining Capacity Planning of systemsManage interactions with project stakeholders and business teams.Support to define performance Test Strategy and Approach for project requests.Prepare test data, test scenarios, test conditions and test scripts of Performance Testing.Execute test scripts and reportingLog defectsRe-test defects and validate the fixes delivered by vendors
