Job Description

Hi, We need a replacement for the member who resigned from our team. Job description.

  • Provide technical support to Rakuten inhouse and Rakuten group of companies via ticketing system or other channels.
  • Troubleshoot and find resolutions to complex technical problems reported various Rakuten inhouse stakeholders.
  • Deliver product fixes or patches to the stakeholders based on the Knowledge Base.
  • Ready to work round the clock ( both Day and night based on the shift rota) and maintain good rapport with team members.
  • Document problem solutions in company knowledge base.
  • Present technical explanation to the requesters and log all support incidents so that recurring problems are reported and tracked.
  • Should know how to automate day to day tasks. Basic requirements.
  • Years of Experience: 2 to 3years
  • Skills required: Redhat Linux (RHCE citification preferable), Knowledge on Troubleshooting various troubles in Linux servers, Handy with basic Linux commands to handle system resource and slowness issues in linux server Basic shell scripting knowledge. Good communication skills Experience on monitoring tools (Eg Grafana , Kibana , Splunk, ) Troubleshooting skills on Apache, DNS, LVM, NFS etc Preference to those who has knowledge on AWS, Kubernetes, git,
