Job SummaryAssociate Technical Lead will translate functional requirements into system requirements while developing applications for First American, in this role, you will act as a top technical expert and use your business insight to present executive IT leadership with technical solutions. Youll collaborate with the business team and technical delivery teams to bring our customers the best solutions from including Design, Development, deployment, testing and more.Competencies:

• Understands and meets stated needs & requirements of the stakeholders, brings contextual nuances in deliverables and work output to truly partner with all concerned stakeholders.
• Using domain knowledge to design, develop and improve the applications utility and functionality
• Developing applications that are aligned to the domain and the business
• Bringing a perspective of the best practices being followed in the industry
• Creating a requirement gathering framework to drive a standardized process across all teams
• Negotiating with the client on requirements and identify existing alternatives to reduce effort required from the delivery teams
• Foresee market trends in requirement gathering and analysis and drive early adoption with FAI
• Appropriate stakeholders - business (escrow, title etc.), technology (PO, Scrum Master, Technical teams and QA teams)
• Feasibility Analysis - Technical feasibility (Study of proposed application, performance expected, application function, benefits), Financial feasibility (costs incurred, milestone timelines), Operational feasibility (does the application meet the need or solve the problem, will users be able to adapt to the application), Design (LLD) and Design review, WBS, estimates and plan
• Probing techniques such as Focused group discussions, SDLC, Agile, running simulations to gather information
• Work with individual product development teams and provide guidance on the Architecture / Design activities.
• Evaluate new tools & technologies, deliver Proof-of-Concepts and define best practices.
• Create reference architecture(s) and framework(s) by understanding the broader requirements.
• Experience in AI technologies such as Machine Learning, RPA, would be an added advantage
• Support and drive organizations technology initiatives both at an individual level and as a team.
• Apply industry standard practices and mentor different teams as necessary.

Technical Skills:

• Should have solid experience in design, develop and maintaining .Net based web applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
• Should have worked on complex, multi-tiered architectural applications
• Should have Experience of Object-Oriented programming practices (SOLID principles, Design pattern)
• Strong hands on in the latest technologies like asp.net core, C#, MVC, Web API, Angular 2 & above, AWS cloud platform ETC.
• Good experience with Data structures and algorithms, Troubleshooting and debugging tools like Fiddler, Visual Studio and SQL Profiler, OOPS & RDBMS Concepts, Basic Understanding of Data Scrape concepts,
• Identify production and non-production application issues and assist team with optimal solution.
• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of .Net developed projects, including periodic code review.
• Should Contribute to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure like IAAS, SAAS, PAAS etc.
• Min 2 yrs of hands on experience in implementing an DevOps pipeline using AWS CI / CD tool sets.
• Experience in migrating on-site solutions to cloud based offerings, such as Amazons AWS
• Min 2 yrs hands-on experience with AWS Components like S3, EBS, EC2, Security Groups, VPC, ElastiCache, Redshift, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, DynamoDB, etc
