This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesCIB Channels is a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects running concurrently. The nature of work is varied, and spans from working with external vendors, involving in technical design, development, coordinating with testing team, release management for production deployment. To be a trusted lead within CIB Channel, you will be expected to work closely with the wider team, and with business and technology stakeholders from all areas of the Bank and be involved in at least two or more projects.

• Responsible for design & delivery of Data Analytics projects for CCIB Channels;
• Understand synergies across multiple initiatives and propose solutions that leverage on synergies and align to the data consumption roadmap and architecture
• Responsible to provide direction on business solutions for Enterprise Data Management Platform from a standard product / architecture perspective
• Participate in key requirement making discussions liaising with business stakeholders
• Act as EDM Platform solutions SME and maintain knowledge of the Enterprise Data Management Platform at data and functionality level
• Deliver High Level and detailed solution documents for projects and implementation teams.
• Review proposed solution with EDM Architecture and Design teams and obtain approval from Architecture Council
• Provide hands-on management and guidance for the development team from a solution perspective.
• Review and approve technical design documents, development, and coding standards
• Ensure adherence to EDM Architecture Standards and EDM Platform performance standards
• Organize / Conduct user walk-through / training sessions on EDM Platform Technology
• Align with the bank process and standards and ensure there are no deviations

Our Ideal CandidateTechnical Aptitude

• 12+ years of Software development experience
• Experience in Agile Methodology and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
• Understands Big Data technology, their strengths / weakness and how they can be applied to business problems.
• Experience in Hadoop, Hive, No SQL, Spark etc
• Having worked in ETL tools like DataIku, Talend, TDE and MQ is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of oracle database with SQL and PL/SQL development - 5 to 7 years (Mandatory)
• Bachelor s degree in related field (Preferred)
