Job Description

The function of the Asst. Manager - Business Development is to carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned accounts. Interacting strongly with customers at the Senior Management level with support on forming a relationship with C level contacts. Developing and maintaining account strategies to drive adoption of STPLs products and services. Establishing and leading teams of internal and external resources to identify , pursue , and close specific opportunities. Establishing and maintaining close relationships with sales teams as well as with external partners. Understanding and documenting customers business and IT strategies , priorities , and goals , and driving prompt resolution of customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Understanding and navigating account procurement practices to negotiate licensing contracts. Requirements BE and MBA with 3 to 5 years of direct work experience in a High - end , Complex Technology Sales. Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas. Solid experience in opportunity qualification , pre - call planning , call control , account development , and time management. Strong knowledge of sales principles , methods , practices , and techniques. Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills. Exceptional verbal , written communication , Presentation and listening Skills. Self motivated , with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. Ability to extensively travel. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.,
