Understand the process of booking in the operations that includes proper communication with the suppliers and uploading the suppliers in ERP time to time. - Working as per the allotted targeted costing and get it approved by the reporting manager. - Planning primary break up and final break up and get approved by Reporting Manager. - Preparing supplier Booking Documents sending to the related supplier after getting approval and get it confirmed by the related supplier. - Make sure that process is followed in all level of file preparation. - briefing the tour managers and make the team eligible to attend the pre departure meeting. - coordinating effectively during the trip with tour managers to assure performance quality. - attend pre departure meeting long with tour managers. - In the absence of other booking executives taking care of his/ her responsibilities. - Daily reporting as per the company policy.,
