KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: Scouting prospective customers and generating the enquiries for new businesses Understanding the customer requirement and negotiating terms of agreement in closing the sales. Submitting the proposal to higher authorities for approval and further execution Tracking the execution of new orders. Maintaining and developing cordial relationship with the existing customers and providing solutions to their queries and complaints. Responsible for achieving the monthly and yearly targets set. Representing the company at trade exhibitions, demonstration and events. Updating the company with the latest developments in market pertaining to market, technology and customer expectations. Need to travel to meet customers and mentor team. Responsible for preparation of monthly MIS and reports. Updating reporting authority on sales and other activities on daily basis. Upholding the company s brand name and image in right perspective.,
