Overall purpose of job: Product, Process & Packaging Development of dry premixes for bakery applications like cake, muffins, bread, cookies,donuts etc and provide technical support to Business and Corporate Main activities/ tasks: * Development of new products and optimization of existing formulations in liaison with marketing & sales. * Ensure food safety and quality of products and compliance to all food laws. * Development and optimization of process to reduce cost and improved productivity * Development of vendors for ingredients, packaging materials for improved delivery and cost reduction. * Development of new packaging formats in coordination with Packaging Team. * Develop sourcing units and provide technical support for setting up new manufacturing facilities to support business need. * Provide technical support to business for legal & commercial decisions. * Provide technical training to employees. * Constant liaison with corporate & non corporate customers to identify business opportunity & product development * Interact with Global team on technical matters.,
