Job Purpose To manage the back end operations for MSME finance branch and ensure timely disbursement of loans and ensuring high quality of service to the customers. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Managing MSME finance operations at the branch: Assist the branch manager in effective administration/house-keeping of the branch including activities such as managing vendors at branch level, coordinating with head office in various aspects related to branch management etc. Assist the sales personnel in preparation of the docket and ensure availability of all necessary forms Prompt collection of application forms and other documents from the sales team for each customer Collection of processing fee, encashing the same and providing proper accounts and receipts for the same to the customer in timely manner. Maintaining proper accounts of all transactions at the branch. Coordinating with logistics service providers and ensuring dispatch of documents to the hub as per timelines. Maintain tracker for the applications and their status and update the same on a periodic basis. Ensure all the details required for loan processing is captured in the docket with all supporting documents as necessary before dispatch to the hub. Ensure all documents are scanned and uploaded on the document management systems and checklists are duly filled and signed by the branch manager. Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring all MIS data is updated regularly for the branch. Ensure compliance with all branch level processes and policies including activities related to cash handling, receipting, documentation and reconciliation on a daily basis. Ensure nil Audit observations for the branch Customer servicing: Handle customer queries at a branch level and ensure customer satisfaction with respect to resolution of queries quickly. Forward any customer grievance to the appropriate person at the Head Office and ensure resolution in a time bound manner. for the same to the customer in timely manner.
