Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.In particular, you will be joining the Atlassian Delivery team, responsible to deliver solutions based on Atlassian products, in particular with JIRA and Confluence applications - and to maintain high operational standards for the services under this team responsibility. These applications are largerly in use across the organization, in particular in R&D teams and represent critical enablers to Nokia business to support their R&D planning and delivery processes.As part of our team, you will:

• As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage program and business projects deliveries, over the full life-cycle with support from internal and Supplier Ecosystem IT teams - as needed. In your role, you will work to ensure stakeholders satisfaction and compliance with agreed quality, cost, schedule and scope. You will coordinate resolution of issues, risks mitigation, and manages scope and costs changes. You will proactively participate in the definition of new programs.
• You will be interacting and coordinating different business teams - with requests to prioritize with an efficient usage of internal and other resources. You will work with the delivery team Solution Architects, Atlassian SMEs and Technical engineers.
• Multi-year experience with Project Management and Agile planning methodologies and with projects of different range of complexity - in a large organizations . Experience to work with multiple agile teams, geographycally distributed.
• You have practical experience to use Agile frameworks, solid experience and good understanding of Agile at scale frameworks like SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and agile metrics at scale.
• Practical and advanced experience to use JIRA for Agile planning and tracking .
• Strong reporting skills, providing accurate and continuous visibility over delivery plans, quality of deliveries, throughtput, resources and skill utilization, costs.
• Technical experience on Atlassian applications and 3rd party apps , and with related solution deliveries - in particular with server datacenter products. It is an added value, an experience with Atlassian Cloud solutions as well. You have been coordinating activities like JIRA or Confluence SW upgrades, consolidation activities, migration of Atlassian products from on-prem to public cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GC, etc), at large scale.
• Understanding of business processes for R&D - covering Portfolio Management, Backlog and Release Management, Requirements Management, Test Management, Defect and Incident Management, etc.
• A good knowledge of other technologies and tools involved in the Nokia R&D and operational landscape, in particular in the Portfolio and Product Mgt domain - like Microfocus PPM, Microfocus Quality Center and Salesforce, GIT/Gerrit/Gitlab, Jenkins, ServiceNow.
• Exhibit a relentless focus on our customer s needs and success.

Your skills and experienceYou have:

• Master s or five-year degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent discipline.
• Five years or more in Atlassian products solution delivery - in particular JIRA and Confluence
• Five years or more in R&D domain, including strong exposure to the R&D technical environment, processes & tools
• Deep knowledge of Agile & DevOps methodologies and software development at scale (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, ). Scrum Master and/or PMP certifications. Agile Development with Jira Software certification preferred.
• Exposure to Cloud solutions - GC, Azure, AWS - and related IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services
• Exposure to ALM & Pipeline technologies : GITLab/Gerrit, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Selenium, ELK
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a strong level of partnership at all levels of the organization. Highly collaborative, able to drive large diverse teams across the world through influence and collaboration.
