The associate role is for an experienced IT Audit professional to join the IT Audit India team supporting the CCB business.The role is responsible for the completion of audit work through the assessment of IT general controls for the systems and infrastructure technology used across CCB.This role will augment US-based audit activities by participating remotely and engaging in-country stakeholders as needed to conduct IT and business integrated audits for various operational activities within the CCB line of business.This will include a work schedule that partially aligns with standard US business operating hours. This position is located in Bengaluru, India.Must have 3+ years of relevant experience in internal/external auditing, or consultingMinimum Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Technology or other related discipline. An MBA degree and/or professional certification, such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CISSP is a plusProficiency in risk analysis, and strong analytical skills particularly in regard to assessing the probability and impact of an internal control weaknessProven ability to multi task, complete projects on time and on budget, and be able to adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management in a persuasive mannerWorking knowledge of IT application, infrastructure, and related controls; for example Access Administration, Change Management, Security Configuration and ResiliencyEnthusiastic, self motivated, and effective under pressureWorks well individually and in teams.Willing to work in shiftsProven ability and desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategicallyPrepared to travel to business locations domestically and internationally (up to 20%),
