Job Description

  1. Understand customer requirement clearly and provide regular updates on time.
  2. Work with different stake holders to resolve critical and complex issues with minimum supervision.
  3. Quickly understand the tools, setup and build environment.
  4. Perform detailed investigation and accurate root cause analysis for all the issues. Proactively follow-up and provide weekly and monthly updates about the progress.
  5. This job requires extensive knowledge and experience in Linux Kernel and system areas The candidate should have very strong analytical and logical thinking ability.
  6. The candidate should also have strong debugging skills and capability to resolve complex issues.
Skills:
  1. Very good programming skills in C and Linux.
  2. Good understanding of core kernel concepts and Linux kernel internals.
  3. Good knowledge of Linux filesystem and preferably from storage background.
  4. Excellent debugging skills in low-level kernel
  5. areas
  6. Basic understanding of qualcomm chipset arch, build tools, reference board, flashing procedures, logging mechanism.
  7. Strong knowledge in storage/flash domain (emmc, nand), Linux kernel fliesystem such as ext4, ubifs, etc.
  8. Very good programming skills in C with system programming experience in Linux
