Job Description

*Job DescriptionMercedes Benz Research & Development India (a subsidiary of Mercedes Benz AG) is looking for young and enthusiastic professionals with experience in the area of Autosar Software Integartion(Classic & Adaptive) for the State of the Art Mercedes Benz Operating System in the area of Automated Driving.Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team which integrate the Autosar Software stack into the AD System HW/Software platform
• Technically handcraft the various stack deliveries to meet the Software & FUnctional Safty requirments

Desired Technical Skills

• Must have good programming knowledge in C/C++,
• Good Knowledge on CAN, Ethernet Protocols
• Proficient in AUTOSAR BSW, development/Integration
• Good Experience in developing/integrating at least 2 of the below stacks
• CAN/Ethernet Communication Stacks
• UDS Diagnostic services, DoIP Memory Stacks and secure diagnostics
• Flash bootloaders, Secure Onboard communication and Crypto and E2E
• Good knowhow on Network Management, Partial Networking concepts, OS & Multicore top
• Hands on experience in using configuration management tools like GIT/Altassian tools etc.
• Good understanding of multicore microcontrollers like Infineon Aurix & various MCAL modules
• Good Experience in developing Integration test cases for various AUTOSAR stacks
• Hands on experience in using Canoe/CanCaseXL

Management Skill

• Proven experience as a project management who can manage and prepare prepare project status, Sprint meeting, backlog grooming, status compilation for counterparts and management, risk identification, change management, release management and defect tracking.
• Experience using collaboration and team management applications; Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint or
• Understanding of SW development processes and test validation. Strong software development background
• Track record of shipping products and managing them through the entire product life cycle
• Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles/Agile development models
• Remain calm and flexible in times of ambiguity
• Good Communication and presentation skill.
• Excellent interpersonal skill including the ability t work with diverse teams and interact, influence, collaborate and negotiate effectively at all level of managements

• Masters or Bachelors in Engineering with 10 to 12 years of experience in Automotive Software Development
