Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions. Functional Responsibilities
    • Producing key metrics/decks for the senior management on regular / ad-hoc basis comprising of financial and operational details
    • Liaising with Finance, HR, business teams on projects / initiatives to achieve operational / financial goals
    • Engaging with key stakeholders across Globe (senior Business Managers, support groups) to understand challenges / pain-points and work on developing a solution
    • Driving business-initiated change management activities across the business (assess the ask, formulate solution in conjunction with business partners, manage the execution, measure success, manage risks & controls)
    • Provide implementation support including testing of new solutions & business requirements
    Personal Attributes
    • Ability to understand the requirements of the global partners and assist the team in maintaining the existing reporting procedures, tools and workflows necessary to facilitate the oversight process
    • Multi-task to make sure multiple projects are making progress and prioritize as per business requirements
    • Maintaining a very high level of competency when reviewing data and reports; quickly identifying and rectifying data and presentation issues
    • Good analytical skills to understand and formulate the problem looking at reports / processes and build solutions
    • Excellent communication (verbal / written) skills to liaison between Sr. Management and various teams like Controls, Audits, Technology, etc.
    • Manage projects / communications in a clear, concise and efficient manner with multiple teams locally and globally
    • Support all aspects of maintenance and improvement of reporting / oversight processes by leveraging business tools
    • Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple businesses
    Experience
    • Postgraduate with 7+ years of experience
    • Sound Knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is must (Data visualization knowledge is a plus)
    • Experience in Asset Management or related industry is a plus but not a pre-requisite
    • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
    • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
