Job Description

  • Design, Architect and maintain solutions on AWS Bigdata analytics platform
  • Work closely with customers and Business/End users on identifying requirements and scope
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of distributed systems, process flows and procedures to aid analyses and recommendations for solution offerings
  • Guide/Mentor/Assist team in development of the proposed architectural solution
  • Lead and provide technical guidance to Data Engineering and Analytics teams and own technical delivery
  • Prior experience with product development, particularly development of analytics products
  • End to end ownership for solution components and bring in design best practices and tools
Required Experience
  • 7 to 10 years of hands on experience in architect, designing, and building scalable and perform cloud infrastructure for compute intensive solutions, and delivering solutions with high availability, scalability, and security
  • Strong understanding of design principles for cloudbased platforms and applications preferably on AWS
  • Experience building Big Data frameworks using AWS EMR, Spark, HDFS, Python & PySpark
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres
  • Excellent articulation skills and good communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to lead technical projects & teams and code at the same time
  • Experience with Agile methodology for product development
  • Proven ability and desire to deliver projects on time with high quality
  • Able to cope with and thrive in fast paced, dynamic work environment with evolving project requirements
