Responsibilities Develop, modify, support and maintain AWS- based components for public facing infrastructure, application back- end, and admin and monitoring features. Maximum utilization of AWS components we anticipate using nearly every service component available from AWS. Create, maintain, and enhance the following: test, validation, and logging infrastructure for our AWS components. Collaborate with other engineers (iOS, Android, Windows, Web, DB) to engineer creative solutions to unique challenges. Prepare periodic reports on engineering activities, for the purposes of project management and resource planning. Continuously work to improve product, process, and tools proficiency, for the purposes of company growth, user experience, and timely product delivery. Periodically meet with third party development and content partners, in order to maintain close collaborative relationships and resolve integration challenges. Required Skills BE/ B Tech from 4 year college or university 2 years of AWS experience. 3 years of general DevOps/ WS/ DB/ infrastructure experience. Practical experience with most if not all components of AWS: EC2, Beanstalk, ELB, Route53, S3, Cloudfront, SNS, SWF, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, IAM, CloudFormation. Familiarity with SOA principles and practice. Experience reading, analyzing, and absorbing AWS white papers, architectural documents, and technical briefs. Service rollout plus complete multi- cycle SDLC experience, using Chef, Puppet, CloudFormation, etc. Exposure to AWS auxiliary tools and practices (e.g., Chaos Monkey, Asgard, etc). Hands- on experience with monitoring tools, intrusion detection mechanisms, and vulnerability assessment tools and practices. General scripting wizardry. Strong nix skills (Linux, FreeBSD, and/ or Mac OS X preferred) Self- motivated team player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Desired Skills SQL and NoSQL experience. Experience designing solutions for access control, user authentication, and service security in general. Strong verbal and written communication skillsResponsible for programming and maintaining our web site(mobile/ desktop) and web services to our native mobile apps(iOS/ Android), using PHP, MySQL, Redis, Memcached under the Amazon environment,
